Brochure site

Brochure websites in Royan

An electrician in Saint-Sulpice, a gym in Saujon, a therapist in the town centre: for them, a website has one main job, getting customers to call. The design, the copy and the SEO are there to lead people to that call.

I design and build brochure websites for businesses in Royan and Charente-Maritime. Each site starts from your business and from how your customers look for you, not from a bought theme.

What a brochure site from me includes

The sites shown further down look nothing alike. They still share the same foundation, because that is what brings in customers.

  • Your phone number at the top of every page, tappable on mobile
  • A short form: name, phone, email, message
  • One page per service or location, with the town in the title
  • Practical details up front: address, opening hours, prices, access
  • Your proof: Google reviews, brands you install, years in the trade
  • The technical basics: legal notice, markup, structured data, speed

One page per service, one page per place

Google ranks pages, not businesses. A single “Our services” page can’t be the best answer to both “dépannage électricité Royan” (emergency electrician) and “borne de recharge Royan” (EV charger). So on the Maiano Magnier site, each trade has its own page, with “à Royan” in the title. At YC Form, each gym has its own: Royan, Saujon, Pontaillac.

The towns you cover (Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, Vaux-sur-Mer, Saujon, La Tremblade…) appear in the copy, the footer and the structured data. That is what makes you show up when someone searches near home.

A design that looks like you

A gym, a distillery and a therapy practice don’t share the same tone. YC Form has dark photos and condensed, sporty type. Annie Maquet’s site is calm: serif type, a deep teal, the sea. Distillerie de la Tour leans on its history, which began in 1989.

I design each mockup for your business, starting with the phone screen, then I build it myself.

01

Phone first

For a local business, most enquiries come as a call made from a mobile. The number stays within thumb reach, on every page.

02

Found near you

The town in the titles, one page per service, the service area written out in full. Local SEO is part of the site, not an extra.

03

Fast and easy to take over

Light pages that load quickly over 4G, and clean code that another developer could pick up without starting from scratch.

Method

How it works

  1. 01

    First call

Your business, your customers, your area, and the searches you want to show up for.

  2. 02

    Mockup

I design the key pages, phone screen first. We adjust them together before I build.

  3. 03

    Build

The site is built and tested on phone, tablet and desktop, with the SEO basics in place.

  4. 04

    Launch

Domain name, hosting, Search Console: I handle the launch, then updates if you want me to.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does a brochure site cost?

It depends on the number of pages, the copy to write and the features. Every project is priced individually: after a free first call, I send you a detailed quote, line by line.

How long does it take to go live?

Usually two to six weeks. The timeline mostly depends on when the copy and photos are ready and how quickly feedback comes back.

I have no copy and no photos. Is that a problem?

No. We build the structure together, and I can write the copy from our conversations (priced separately in the quote). For photos, we start from what you have and I tell you what’s missing.

Brochure site or online store?

A brochure site presents your business and brings you enquiries. If you want to sell and take payments online, you need a store: that’s a different project, and I do those too.
